Speeding number one complaint on Castle Glen, Wunderlich and Huntingdon. The no stopping at stop signs on corners of Wunderlich, Ora and Castle Glen quite a large concern. A number of new students and parents have added a strain to the neighborhood traffic situation. The City of San Jose has been contacted to place signs to encourage slower speeds. The city has promised to evaluate the traffic and pedestrian problem at Lynbrook High School. School officials at Lynbrook agree with establishing some type of solution for the neighboring community. Judy has asked Steve Chell to speak with principal Leslie Mains at Murdock-Portal Elementary to have volunteers keep parents from blocking up streets while picking up their children. Last resort is to call San Jose Police to handle speeders and auto violations.
