MNA to serve as a conduit for the resolution of Comcast problems

Eddie Garcia, Comcast Representative, discussed issues raised by MNA members at the Feb 9, 2005 MNA Board meeting. Mr. Garcia volunteered to become personally involved in the resolution of Comcast problems if MNA would help streamline the process (he has only one assistant). If you have tried both of the following:

• discussed the problem with a Customer Service representative at the Comcast Call Center
• asked to speak to a manager and discussed the problem with a manager at the Customer Service Call Center

and your problem is still unresolved, then email a description of your problem to mna-information@murdockna.org. MNA will make sure Mr. Garcia gets the information.
